Jon Antonucci has over 20 years of leadership experience ranging from coaching youth sports to directing an international organization. His passion for developing leaders inspired him to begin SML Consultive in early 2023, where he empowers who he calls the “forgotten leaders” (front-line and middle-management leadership) to effectively engage with their teams via love-based, servant-minded leadership. In his rare moments of free time, Jon enjoys playing various sports, playing the acoustic guitar, and enjoying the natural beauty of the mountains. Jon currently lives with his wife in Greer, South Carolina, USA

Adaptability is key, and Jon has gotten very good at teaching and empowering leaders from all kinds of different places and circumstances.

Jon Antonucci stepped into his first leadership experience at 12 years old, teaching a martial arts class. He now has over 20 years of leadership experience ranging from coaching soccer to leading an international organization. Now, helping others develop great leadership qualities that empower them to have a positive and lasting impact on their teams is his passion. Simply, his passion is to empower dynamic leaders who are equipped to change the world!
