20 years of Experience
Having stepped into his first leadership experience teaching a martial arts class at 12 years old, he now has over 20 years of leadership experience ranging from coaching soccer to leading an international organization. Over the last dozen years, he has had the privilege of helping others develop great leadership qualities that empower them to have a positive and lasting impact on their teams. His passion is to empower dynamic leaders who are equipped to change the world!

Jon has faced significant challenges in his journey, which have worked to both refine his character and also equip him to more effectively engage with others in their journey.
