Advanced Leadership Disciplines, is a 36-module Advanced Leadership Certification, designed to equip leaders to build a legacy via empowering future generations of leaders.

For advancing leaders who want to gain comprehensive tools for relational success in their role, SML is happy to offer Advanced Leadership Disciplines. This course offers 30 different disciplines of effective leadership including:

• Self-leadership (11 Modules)
• Communication (4 Modules)
• Team and Organizational Culture (6 Modules)
• Making a positive impact as a leader (9 Modules)

This 36-module program is designed to ensure that advancing leaders have the skills they need to both effectively engage with their team and develop the next generation of leaders. Leaders who are currently (or soon to be) serving at the level of department manager or higher will gain the most value from this course.

In alignment with SML’s emphasis on empowerment and real-world application, each session includes a Make It Happen exercise prompting participants to put the principles into practice immediately. Additionally, Personal Investment Assignments facilitate engagement with concepts between sessions. Five review sessions are included to ensure content is retained and implemented. In the final session, participants celebrate the journey of growth with a graduation ceremony and bestowment of certification.

Graduates must participate in at least 32 of the 36 modules, complete all course assignments, and be present for Introduction, concept review, and graduation sessions.
