As a self-taught, resourceful and creative individual who has spent years working on her artistic abilities, Victoria is inspired by SML’s mission and truly believes that if there were more Servant-Minded Leaders in management, companies would thrive and employees would excel. She has served SML from its infancy and was the primary mind behind its iconic hands-heart-lightbulb logo. Supporting the mission of SML with her creative energy and design is one of her favorite things to do.
