What kind companies do you work with?

We work with all industries, as we believe the principles of servant-minded leadership transcend industry. However, because of our value guarantee, we will only work with organizations that share our heart for servant-minded leadership that is rooted in love. If a company is looking for another form of leadership training, our services are unlikely to meet their needs.

What types of training do you do?

We know that not all organizations are the same and there is no one-size-fits all approach. Therefore, our trainings can be as little as a virtual 30-minute inspirational experience all the way to a weekend workshop experience followed by a complete leadership assessment and gameplan for an organization. Our goal is to support the efforts of the organization in their endeavor to empower their leaders.

What makes you different from the other leadership development consultants?

Our unique (primary) focus is on the front-line leaders (managers, supervisors, team leads, etc.). While there may be many other leadership consulting firms, there are not many/any that are dedicated to empowering the ground-level leaders to be exceptional. We believe that, if we can invest into these leaders, the impact that will be felt by the ground-floor teams will result in increased employee retention and higher customer satisfaction!

How do I know that your program will actually make a difference in my organization?

SML’s Services have been developed from a wealth of knowledge in various industries and settings. Additionally, many of our methods are directly designed to counter the ineffective methods often offered by others. And, if that is not enough, we believe that our heart of love and authentic desire to front-line leaders will transcend the clinical training that seems to have minimal impact. Of course, if you disagree and feel that our services do not make the impact you are seeking, we will work with you until you are completely satisfied! 

What sorts of things do you talk about/teach?

We have over 30 leadership disciplines that an organization can select from, in order to meet their unique needs. A great way to hear a little bit about these topics and see the energy/presence that our leaders bring to the leadership dynamic is to check out the Servant-Minded Leadership YouTube channel, where you can find 2-4 minute leadership videos posted regularly!
