Leadership is not a title or a position.

Leadership is not a title or a position. It is the opportunity to serve others, and to provide them with a platform to grow. When we take on the responsibility of leadership, we forfeit many of our rights and comforts in exchange for the privilege of making a dynamic impact and leaving a lasting legacy.

If you I am more interested in my own comforts, preferences, or opinions then I may have a position of leadership, but I am not yet a leader.

If I think that my position gives me MORE rights or privileges, then I may be a boss, but I am not a leader.

If I expect more from my team than I allow them to expect from me, then I may be in charge, but I have not yet recognized the “charge” that I have been given!
