Life is not about being rich, being popular, being highly educated or being perfect. It’s about being real, humble and kind.

If you are a Servant-Minded Leader, of course you agree!

But, let me press a little bit harder. Do you actually agree? There are many people who will read this and say, “Yes! That is so true!” and then immediately go on living as though it is not true at all!

So, do you actually believe that your greatest achievement in life will have nothing to do with your bank account, knowledge, or achievements but rather will be the impact that you were able to have on others–the value that you added to the world.

Of course, there is a valid argument that would suggest that a more dynamic impact can be made by one with more resources, a larger network and more education. But how often do we invert the order of importance by making these things the goal instead of a means to reach a higher goal?
