What are your priorities as a leader?

I have shared this before, but it didn’t really go anywhere. So, I am sharing it again. The more I grow as a leader, the more that I recognize that my priorities determine my effectiveness in leadership.

While I think that this entire image is valuable, I am simultaneously struck by the reality that one can draw a diagonal line from the upper left corner to the lower right corner and summarize this excellent graphic with 3 words: priorities determine leaders.
