What we often fail to realize is that it is not the C-suit or even the executive level that is most often communicating directly with employees. It is the front-line leaders. (Managers, Team Leads, Supervisors, Etc.) These are the leaders that are the lynchpin of an operation and they are the leaders that often receive the smallest investment in their development and equipping to be effective in their role.
