Who are you at your core?

The best leaders do not demand respect, their very essence commands it.
It’s the natural result of who they are, which impacts what they do, what they say, and how they engage with their team(s).

If you don’t feel respected, it is probably due to one of two reasons.
Either, there is a character issue or a training issue.
