Are you making a dent?

I felt like this was thought-provoking.

Maybe it’s because I talk about this in my Workshop on Failure (PM me, if you are interested in getting out to your org for this powerful workshop). Maybe it’s because it resonates with my passion for empowering those who are feeling beaten down. Maybe it’s something else.

Whatever the reason, I thought that someone else might be blessed, encouraged, and inspired by this image, this morning.

It doesn’t matter what anyone else says. If you are putting in the work, you are doing more than most. If you are putting in the work, how things “look” matters little because the “seeds” you plant may look wasted…but in due time, they will sprout and bloom. If you are putting in the work, you are doing your part to change the world!

So, be “dull” and never forget that your efforts are making an impact! Because of you, this world will never be the same!
